    We track your income and expenses each month using a pre-designed and professional set of shared Google Sheets.

  • Document Organization

    You’ll get a custom Google Drive folder where you can upload receipts, invoices, and bank statements.

  • Monthly Reports

    Every month, we send you a summary of your income and expenses, plus any questions we need you to answer — and, if needed, we’ll hop on a quick Zoom call (15–20 minutes) to review everything and keep things on track.

  • Year-End Help

    At tax time, I’ll use your organized books to prepare and file your tax return — no scrambling for receipts or missing info.

  • Mini Accounting Lesson

    Feeling swept up in all the jargon and spreadsheets? Transparency is a huge part of the Rats! Tax! values system and it would be our pleasure to guide you though a quick lesson on accounting, taxes, and all the rest!

    If you earn under $250K and want simple, clear bookkeeping — you’re in the right place.

  • Here’s an average monthly timeline:

    • By the 5th of the Month:

      • You upload bank statements & receipts to your Drive folder

    • By the 10th of the Month:

      • We categorize transactions and update your Sheet

    • By the 12th of the Month:

      • We send you a summary + any questions we need you to answer

    • By the 15th of the Month:

      • You reply with any missing info

    • By the 17th of the Month:

      • We finalize your books for the month and send out your monthly report

  • Starter – $150/month

    Great for solo businesses with 1–2 accounts

    Standard – $250/month

    For businesses with multiple accounts or income streams

    Initial Setup Fee:

    Before we begin monthly bookkeeping, we’ll organize your records, set up your Google Drive folder, create your custom tracking sheets, and review your intake form. 

    This includes our first Zoom call/in-person meeting and a walkthrough of how to upload receipts and statements.

    Setup Fee: $200–$400, depending on the complexity of your accounts and how much historical cleanup is needed.

    We’ll confirm the final amount after reviewing your intake sheet — no surprises!

    Extras:

    Mini Accounting Lesson: $50 - If you are interested in understanding more about your books and how they work, I offer a one-hour mini accounting lesson along with your Setup appointment.

    Catch-up work: $50/hour

    Year-end tax summary: Custom quote

    1099 tracking/reporting: $100 flat fee

    Tax Return Preparation: $200 - $600; charged by the form
