Here’s an average monthly timeline:
By the 5th of the Month:
You upload bank statements & receipts to your Drive folder
By the 10th of the Month:
We categorize transactions and update your Sheet
By the 12th of the Month:
We send you a summary + any questions we need you to answer
By the 15th of the Month:
You reply with any missing info
By the 17th of the Month:
We finalize your books for the month and send out your monthly report

Standard – $250/month
For businesses with multiple accounts or income streams
Initial Setup Fee:
Before we begin monthly bookkeeping, we’ll organize your records, set up your Google Drive folder, create your custom tracking sheets, and review your intake form.
This includes our first Zoom call/in-person meeting and a walkthrough of how to upload receipts and statements.
Setup Fee: $200–$400, depending on the complexity of your accounts and how much historical cleanup is needed.
We’ll confirm the final amount after reviewing your intake sheet — no surprises!
Extras:
Mini Accounting Lesson: $50 - If you are interested in understanding more about your books and how they work, I offer a one-hour mini accounting lesson along with your Setup appointment.
Catch-up work: $50/hour
Year-end tax summary: Custom quote
1099 tracking/reporting: $100 flat fee
Tax Return Preparation: $200 - $600; charged by the form
